Your responsibilities
As our Project Manager, you'll lead a wide range of projects, and various initiatives for our organisation and introduce new processes. You’ll be helping us grow and improve our operations. You always keep a close eye on everything, ready to hands-on and ensure that matters are well organised down to the last detail. Your approach will be dynamic and ready to be challenged. You'll experience a high degree of autonomy and are empowered to be creative and forward-thinking.
We're also counting on you as:
-Responsible for project portfolio, structure, risks, issues, planning of a wide range of projects and taking direct ownership of particular ones
-You coordinate activities within the projects and country initiatives
-You will contribute to build smooth co-operations within different departments
-Constantly looking for new opportunities to improve operational results
-Preparing workshops and meetings and projects reviews
Our requirements
Experience in handling projects
Good communication of written and spoken English
Interest in project management techniques (we are working in Asana)
Highly structured/pragmatic and operational approach
Compelling presentation skills and you know how to deliver results
