ACTUALLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR
PROJECT MANAGER
Your role is about:
Leading and coordinating project of time and attendance system both in Poland and Spain for approximately 8-12 months
Your role will require:
- Taking ownership of the success of implementing time and attendance system
- Coordinating activities across a range of technical and non-technical teams to achieve on-time delivery of expected business outcomes.
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Update and provide weekly RAID (Risk, Actions and Issues Depository)
- Manage all risks and issues during the project and mitigate risk accordingly
- Ensuring that where 3rd party contractors are required to deliver a project they are managed so to deliver against project milestones
- Identify potential change areas
- Identify and leads process improvement initiatives
- Manage process implementation
- Facilitate discussions and conflict resolutions between process owners
- Work with process owners on resource alignment for process support
What do we expect from you:
- Min. 3 years of experience as Project Manager in retail area preferred
- Experience of implementing time and attendance system
- Experience of coordinating multiple technical areas to achieve project deliverables
- Exceptional business and IT stakeholder management and communications skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional planning and project leadership skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English (verbal & written) essential
