Project Manager
(Point of Sales system)

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Define and manage the deliverables of all teams to meet project objectives and budget.

  • Work alongside Pepco IT consistent with the appropriate project methodology

  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs and suppliers

  • Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the project across Central and Eastern Europe

  • Utilize and apply project management best practice based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the countries and their culture

  • Manage the team of global and local functional leads

  • Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings

  • Estimate total effort for all the teams and secure appropriate resource availability

  • Manage team onboarding, logistics issues, coordinate with stakeholders and act as a conduit between project team members, suppliers and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience expected:

  • Experience and certified in PM methodology (eg.Agile, ITIL methodologies a plus, Prince, PMI )

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables in English to senior executives

  • Demonstrable international retail store project delivery experience across several store hardware types, and payment solutions highly desired. Exposure to mobile POS a strong plus.

  • Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus preferred

  • Fluent English – spoken & written •Strength in working independently, conscientiously and accurately

  • Ability to make timely decisions, troubleshoot whilst working well under pressure
