Your responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers within Product Data & Growth;
- Organize and synchronize project, resources and roadmaps across various product teams;
- Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives;
- Analyse the current set-up and propose best solutions, provide specific detail and set tasks for developers;
- Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems;
- Measure project performance;
- Asses, manage and minimize project risks;
- Conduct data analysis and propose the direction of project development roadmaps.
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management in an online/mobile product company or digital services industry (ideally with analytical experience);
- Experience in executing a product vision;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to derive insights from large amounts of data (min. 2+ years of experience);
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple, international teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment;
- Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation;
- Technical knowledge, especially of mobile apps;
- Highly developed problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders;
- Good level of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher);
- Work experience with JIRA or similar.

As an Project Manager you will join Product Growth & Data Team which is responsible for:
- Lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of Booksy products;
- Analysis of key processes and identification of potential opportunities in their area for faster development and growth of Booksy;
- Verification of discovered growth opportunities with users and customers through cooperation with Product, Sales and Customer Support Teams, as well as directly through surveys and interviews with customers;
- Preparation and implementation of business and product experiments that will verify previous assumptions and indicate potential paths and priorities for product development;
- Implementing projects that accelerate Booksy's organic growth by enhancing network effects between our customers and users, referral and recommendation programs.
