Overview of business area or project:
An outstanding opportunity to join our ‘Data & Analytics’ team of the ‘Data & Digital Labs’ function as a Project Manager / Product Owner to help build technical solutions for enhancing the bank’s efficiency and strengthening the Risk framework within a fast-paced environment. In this exciting position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure success of one of the key global innovation projects for Credit Risk Management with the aim of advancing bank-changing foundational initiatives, providing innovative solutions, reducing process complexity, addressing key audit points, growing business efficiency, and reducing risk.
The Data & Digital Labs function is part of Risk and Compliance Data & Technology and is a highly visible anddynamic area where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the bank’s business. Ensuring alignments across streams (e.g. for development practices, requirements, and more) and drive identification of synergy opportunities
Key liaison between different teams and stakeholders
Identification, handling, classification, remediation, and escalation of issues
Monitoring project progress against set priorities and ensuring alignment with the overall governance
Overseeing project budget
Project status reporting, minutes of selected meetings and tracking of actions
Ensuring fulfillment of mandatory project artefacts
Preparation of materials for senior management meetings or steering committees
Experience as a project delivery lead or business analyst or product owner
A very professional, diligent, and can-do attitude with experience in managing complex projects
and communicating with senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of product ownership, agile and scrum principles
Ability to quickly understand complex processes and summarize for senior management, incl. relevant presentation skills (preparation & communication)
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of accuracy
Solution orientated approach
Open minded / team player
Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
Higher education or degree in Business/Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
Experience with IT platforms or portals and ability to translate clients’ needs into actionable items
Experience in the Regulated Technologies industry, risk, finance, or compliance domain within the financial industry is an advantage
Storytelling skills to explain technology clearly to non-technical users
Positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity, and interest in working in a fast-paced environment with focus on improvement
Willingness to take up additional responsibilities and to become a respected know-how carrier in our team
