Join us! Due to our development we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Project Manager SAP

Job description:

  • act as SAP CS business member in SAP rollout projects,
  • write business requirements specifications and find solutions together with IT,
  • change management: plan, prepare and execute user trainings and user tests (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP CS),
  • write test scripts and user tutorials (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP CS),
  • support best practice sharing with service centers,
  • closely align with global business process responsible (BPR), IT and local key users.

Requirements:

  • minimum 3 years of key user experience in at least 2 logistics modules of SAP, preferably CS and SD (also PP, MM, WM),
  • willing to travel (responsibility is international with regular visits to the global KB service centers in order to understand the local processes, carry out audits and initiate best practices),
  • experience in managing customer service processes,
  • strong communication skills,
  • team player,
  • fluent English, German will be an advantage.
