    This role is in the CRO Change department which is the Project Management organization within the CRO (Chief Risk Officer) division. Main field of responsibility of our team is to deliver IT projects within the Credit Risk Methodology space for the Wealth Management segment.


    As Business Project Manager, you will independently own the LTV project which improves and maintains the Calculation Engine and Market Data pool for defining Loan-To-Values (collateral haircuts for the global Lombard business).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project responsibility for an IT application in the global Credit Risk Management area.
    • Leading project, partner management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule.
    • Handle interfaces to the various partners (Credit Officers, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with exposure to Senior Management.
    • Independent supervision of the project.
    • Recording, prioritization and testing of new business requirements.
    • Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and IT implementation within the project.
    • Development and execution of user training and partner communications.
    • Lead the strategic IT discussion, develop the business case and story line.
    • Track record in Project Management and IT implementations, with experience in Agile Project Approach.
    • Experience in leading international projects.
    • Effective Partner Management, experience in facing Senior business partners.
    • Background in Market Data and marketable securities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Positive relationship building and consultation skills as well as ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, project team, key partners and clients.
    • Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision.
    • Proficient in English.

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You possess a degree in business administration, finance or business informatics.
    • Your background come from lending business of a financial services company.
    • You have the ability to engage with quantitative guides and flair for risk methodologies and models.
    • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, technical flair.
    • German language a plus.
