As Project Manager, Total Rewards you will be responsible for various Compensation & Benefits projects across 33 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Your first assignment will be to support variable compensation centralization, but much more will follow that one.
At this position you will work with senior HR, IT, Finance and business leadership to ensure progress, effective risk management, and alignment of results.
- Lead complex cross functional and EMEA projects
- Lead project calls, assign work and manage project plan in accordance with established deadlines
- Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
- Create and maintain project related documentation, using standardized templates following formal project management methodology
- Represent EMEA region when participating in global projects
- Develop Total Rewards processes to ensure programs are administered accurately, timely and in accordance with the approved plans. Assist with process implementation and evaluate processes for efficiency
- Perform activities needed for the implementation and communication with regard to policies and processes related to Total Rewards project outcomes, including partnering with business leaders/stakeholders on communication process
- Participate in implementation and communication of the policies and processes related to project outcomes
- Solicit feedback from HR, IT, Finance and the business leaders to ensure processes meets business needs and local legal requirements
Who you are?
- You already have solid experience in managing C&B or/ and HR related projects for European market(s)
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Your knowledge of Workday will be an advantage
- You are able to use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve processes
- You have excellent communication skills and you know how to convince others to your plans/ ideas
- You enjoy resolving complex problems where precedents may not exist
