Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation of assigned projects within expected timelines and budget

  • Own the full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

  • Planning, tracking, and executing project plans including issues and risk management in line with KMD project management and service transition standards

  • Working with Clients and KMD business to ensure that contractual obligations and agreed service levels are being consistently met

  • Working closely with the assigned internal and external clients to understand and address their needs

  • Effectively communicating the status of the project across all management levels

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences

  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables

  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

  • Manage and prioritize the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

Our requirements

  • Have at least 4-6 years of project management experience

  • Have experience in a different type of projects: IT/ business related/ processes/clients

  • Have already worked in multicultural organizations

  • Have the ability to build strong relationships through effective stakeholder management and resource mentoring

  • Have good communication and presentation skills, which allow you to communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers

  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks based on business requirements

  • Can manage several complex deliverables simultaneously

  • Have the courage & grit to express opinions, give fresh perspectives and achieve results

  • Are open-minded, true listener with the natural curiosity

  • Have a commercial and cost mindset

  • Can learn quickly

  • Are a team player, but also able to work independently

  • Are fluent in both English and Polish

  • Have effective followership skills

  • Are not easily discouraged by challenges

  • Are willing to travel on business

Job Description

KMD TSP (Technology & Strategic Projects) acts as a foundation for all of KMD’s strategic business units and our Software Centre of Excellence, which delivers services and solutions to public authorities as well as private companies in Denmark and abroad. TSP is running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we play a key part in securing that KMD delivers a stable operation for our customers. TSP also sustains our customers’ need for operation, development, and innovation in the application environment.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of TSP. This role will apply proven communication, management, and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks, facilitate decision making and build and engage the project team and stakeholders.
