Your responsibilities
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans for implementation projects based on Salesforce technology
- Leading project teams of Salesforce consultants and developers
- Supervising the project portfolio and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for the project team
- Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner, reporting project progress
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in managing projects
- Experience in managing technical consultants or/and developers team
- Understanding of project life cycle, business and IT processes
- Basic understanding of IT industry (e.g. databases, processes, infrastructure, important providers)
- English at a level that allows you to work with the client at least B2
Optional
- Technical knowledge or experience especially in implementing projects in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Being hands-on with leading, motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging team
