    Job Description

    Your role:

    As the Project Manager/Rollout Manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of programs, from initiation to Ship Acceptance, using MSI Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will be leading the overall planning, tracking and reporting of programs in a timely manner in order to meet the defined scope, time, cost and quality goals.
    On a daily basis you will be:
    • Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
    • Determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates if required.
    • Controlling project financials including budget control and financial forecasting.
    • Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
    • Supervising subcontractors, reviews site survey reports, site designs; recommends actions.
    • Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; recommending actions.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Leading meetings involving customers and subcontractors or partners, provides project status reporting to management.

    Your team:

    The System Integration EMEA East team has overall responsibility for projects implementation of different radio technology within the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Central Asia Region. The team takes a leading role in project management scope and that consist of scope definition, system design, system ordering, subcontractor negotiations, integration, rollout and commissioning.  The purpose of the department is to ensure collaboration and coordination across the different supporting functional teams and organizations.

    Basic Requirements

    To be successful as a Project Manager you should be/have:

    • Practical experience in the area of project management. Experience in telecommunication market will be welcomed;
    • University degree in Engineering (or equivalent education in communication technologies) and/or Management/Administration degree;
    • Knowledge of business economics;
    • Highly professional and self-motivated; ability to work productively and effectively with little guidance;
    • Key areas: requirements analysis, technical understanding, documentation skills, safety management, supervision of subcontractors.
    • Willingness to travel and work in diverse culture environment;
    • Native Polish speaker
    • Good command of English (spoken and written)
