Your responsibilities

  • Leadership (driving initiatives, searching for opportunities, ability to analyze information on a high level, ability to make well-analyzed decisions and take responsibility for them, substantial feel of ownership)

  • Building and maintaining project(s) team structure for meeting project(s) goals and objectives

  • Leading and directing software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources

  • Managing day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)

  • Managing Client expectations, monitoring, and increasing CSAT level. Facilitating project-related client communication on all levels

  • Reporting assigned project(s) status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to Client, people, and business development perspectives)

  • Establishing consistent project management processes within the assigned project(s)

  • Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising as appropriate

  • Implementation and usage best in class delivery metrics with the goal to reach and maintain the best performance

  • Ensuring the quality of delivered services and solutions from technology/architecture and functional/domain standpoint

  • Motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates

  • Conducting effective performance evaluations for project team members according to HR frameworks

Our requirements

  • 4 years of proven successful professional project management

  • Being hands-on with managing the team from 12 to 15 employees

  • Project ownerships in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)

  • Expertise working with European companies, as well as IT background

  • Unconditional success in team-building/management

  • Absolute success as a team player in previous position(s)

  • Leading projects using both traditional and agile project management methodologies

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with the teammates on the client-side in order to achieve success

  • Enthusiasm for technology and joy of expanding the knowledge and sharing it with others

  • Professionalism, team spirit and always looking for new challenges

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Time-management skills

  • Ability to perform under time pressure

  • Excellent communicator/presenter skills

  • Upper-Intermediate English level
