Your responsibilities
- Lead scientific project in accordance with its goals and milestones, within the planned budget and schedule
- Build and lead a team necessary to achieve the goals set
- Cooperate with the specialized departments of the company, communicating the needs of the project, delegating tasks in a clear and clear manner and ensure their proper execution
- Cooperate with project partners from industry and academia
- Ensure clear and effective, on-time communication within the team and with all external stakeholders, including potential customers, financing entities, consortium members and subcontractors
- Analyze both scientific and operational risks throughout the whole project life cycle, prepare mitigating and remedial actions and implement them
- Continuously monitor all aspects of the project (goals, scope, costs, time, workload) in order to optimize resource consumption and maintain the best cost-benefit ratio
- Plan further projects in line with the company's business goals
Our requirements
- 2 years of experience in managing R&D projects with strong technological components (industrial background preferred)
- Nanotechnology, microelectronics, fotonics, physics, materials engineering, materials science, or related higher education (PhD preferred)
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

As a Project manager you will coordinate a team of specialists from different departments: nanomaterials, application, engineering, to ensure project success be delivered on time. You will be in charge of the project focused on adapting XTPL UPD technology to build dedicated components for novel active microLED displays with help of our industrial partners across Europe.
