Project Officer Support (Procurement project)
Numer ref.: 7779RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in our team, you are an integral part of the Procurement Community (Frankfurt, Hamburg, Vienna and Zurich). The main purpose of the position is to support the construction team during purchasing construction, post-contract services and other operation phases. Also an administrative support for projects and correspondence with stakeholders (e.g. local governance, land owners) at the stage of commencement and completion of construction, or completion and verification of documents required by construction law. Therefore a high level of communication competence and a secure attitude in dealing with the project participants is required.
Additionally you will get directly from the Procurement Manager special project tasks, e.g. cost saving initiatives, lean initiatives.

- Collection, examination and commercial evaluation of offers and unit prices
- Support for the team in the preparation and follow-up of the procurement negotiations
- Coordination of procurement schedules (technical planning and after-sales services)
- Record and maintain procurement services and prices in the tender and construction tool
- Support for general office organization
- Collaborate closely with our cluster experts to reveal insights and potentials
- Correspondence with project participants
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the purchasing area
- Project management support skills
- Very good command of Windows Office Tools (especially the PowerPoint and Excel tool for analysis and presentations)
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong analytical and conceptual mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A high level of communication competence and a secure attitude in dealing with the project participants
- Willingness to travel (close cooperation between Krakow and Frankfurt)
