As a result of growth of our organization, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening new Development Center in Chrzanów.
In Chrzanów Site we focus on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars. These products have a high level of technology content such as LED, electronics, optics as well as a very attractive styling.The main manufacturing processes such as metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections are highly advanced. Project Process Engineer in Development Center
Localization: Chrzanów near Kraków
- Manage the industrial schedule and resources to reach the project targets;
- Responsible for the manufacturing definition and industrialisation of the product, in order to meet performance and cost targets;
- Manage a team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM; Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics);
- Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings;
- Ensure that safety and environment rules are applied for machines and processes. Alert the managers when standards are not met;
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform imultaneous engineering;
- Organize pre-serial trials as part of ‘Serial production’ activity of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run;
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
The ideal Candidate for this role will:
- Have an university engineering degree;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in automotive industry;
- Speak English fluently;
- Know a Quality Systems and Tools: FMEA, SPC, PDCA, FTA, QRQC;
- Have a knowledge of standards and requirements in automotive industry;
- Be able to perform autonomously in multi-aspects missions.
