Our requirements
3+ years proven experience in managing client-facing international projects, preferably with IT Security or Anti-fraud scope,
Collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders,
Demonstrated leadership with a focus on getting things done,
Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently,
Strong analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details,
Excellent communication skills with ability to manage expectations,
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,
Fluent English,
Very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
Optional
Experience of project management/Agile delivery tools and methods,
Experience and understanding of IT Security topics,
Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques
