Your responsibilities
Advanced quality planning within the customer development process based on the standards of the MAHLE Group and the business unit filtration and engine peripherals
Usage of quality tools and methods (e.g. FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc.)
Monitoring and assessment of the project-specific tasks based on the Quality Plan
Reporting and persecution of necessary remedial measures after coordination with the core team
Initiation of required escalations within the customer development process
Supervision of the problem-solving process (e.g. 8D method, RCA, Paynter Chart)
Assurance of the permanent utilization of the lessons learned process (e.g. deletion-of-error-plan)
Support for the project leader in all topics concerning quality and safety, both internally and externally towards suppliers and customers
Assurance of the usage of the essential methods within the customer development process
Assistance for the project team in the usage of quality tools and methods
Creation and moderation of PFMEA´s (APIS IQ Software)
Our requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field.
Relevant experience in quality management in the automotive sector and FMEA Moderation experience
Knowledge of the quality norms of the automotive sector (e.g. IATF)
Knowledge of the design for six sigma
Good analytical skills and high degree of process orientation
Fluent English skills both written and spoken
Knowledge of the FMEA AIAG / VDA 2019 standard
Advanced skills in APIS FMEA Software
