Your responsibilities
Be single point of contact/ interface for the Project Manager and for the Customer for all quality relevant topics in the project as well as Quality Navigator of Project Team with guidance for standards and roadmaps
Be mandatory decision partner for project roadmap, deliveries and phase releases
Trusted Quality Assurance partner for the Project Team and for the Customer
Support risk management and application of consistent escalation level
Ensure Lessons Learned as well as Continuous Improvement Process in project execution
Proactively Quality Assurance planning and execution throughout project execution.
Promote of ‘first time right’ mindset to reach PPAP Right First Time on Time; promote of Safe Launch and flawless handover to series
Our requirements
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in automotive/mechanical engineering or similar, with minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance in project environment
Several years of professional experience with Customer or Supplier Quality management, ideally experience with Project Quality management.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) moderator, able to identify risk and improvement areas through FMEA method
VDA 6.1 and/or VDA 6.3 auditor and Six Sigma certification are desirable
Deep knowledge of problem solving methods (e.g. 8D, 5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA,5Why, etc...)
Self-confident team player with a target-driven and agile mindset.
Excellent English communication skills
