Your responsibilities
Analyze and control ETLC Book of Work so that standards are met
Ensure ETLC controls are effective
Measure and report ETLC Manager Control Assessment (MCA)
Address issues of ETLC non-compliance and course correction
Process oversight on procedural and execution aspects
Procedures expert that provides guidance to engineers and Group Engineering Leads (GELs)
Support audit requests for information relative to ETLC work efforts
Monitor ETLC quality assurance
Ensure ETLC Lessons Learned are shared
Provide guidance on agile ceremonies, practices, and processes
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience
Knowledge of technology development lifecycle / certification
Ability to create users guidelines and procedural documentation
Experience with project management
Knowledge and hands-on experience of Agile methodologies and JIRA
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
Advanced proficiency in English
Bachelor’s/University degree preferred
