Your responsibilities

  • Managing migration of various processes and activities from our entities around world to Shared Service Center in Poznan

  • Process improvements for current Finance activities in SSC

  • Leading small and medium (finance and IT) projects

  • Creation of project plans, tracking progress and managing stakeholders/suppliers in all projects phases

  • Leading international virtual project teams by assigning, directing, and coordinating the work of team members

  • Interaction at specialist and management level to control complex conversation and negotiation situations

Our requirements

  • Experience at transitioning processes from various location to SSC

  • Experience at leading IT Projects in Finance area, most preferable SSC environment

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Knowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, SAP S4H, will be an advantage

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written, Spanish/Portuguese will be a plus

  • Ability to work self-responsible and reliable

  • Flexibility and ability to work in changing environment

  • Hands-on approach and can-do attitude

  • Open-minded and good at sharing and gathering information within a team
