Your responsibilities
Help our customers and consultants solving complex problems
Cooperate with our RnD, 1st line support, Consultants and ERP departments
Continuously work with process improvements, learning, feedback
Our requirements
You have a customer focus and analytical mindset
You are a curious person who likes solving problems and finding a root cause
You strive for quality and improve your daily work
You understand the invoice processing flows
Ideally, you have experience in ERP integration
Optional
You will need practical knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Server
You will need XML/XSLT
You will use English, as our team is multinational, and our customers are distributed worldwide
You will analyze various scenarios and data flows in our system, so accounting experience is a plus
Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
Feel welcome if you bring knowledge of any of the following ERP systems: AX, NAV, M3, SAP
We use Jira/Confluence/Git/Visual Studio/Grafana/Papertrail heavily, so we expect you to be able to use these tools (or similar) efficiently
