About the project
We are is looking for a Program Coordinator/Support Specialist to join GlobalLogic. Together we are a team that promotes open communication, and the free exchange of ideas and initiatives. In this role, you will support Project Managers and Program Directors with daily activities. We guarantee that with given tasks you will have an impact on the development of the company, a sense of responsibility, and satisfaction. Your responsibilities
Supporting Project Managers with daily tasks in compliance with applicable company regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Facilitating information flow between Program Director (PD)/ Project Managers (PM) and employees
Create and keep program-level documentation up to date
Administration tools tracking: Oracle, JIRA
Supporting timesheet reports and allocations processing
Support in the meeting, event, and training organization
Preparing reports/statistics on PD’s request
Participation in project meetings – planning, organization
Invoicing process support
Support in the organization of two-way visits, tracking visits arrangements
Keep a record of the Client’s property
Control the progress of tasks assigned to other units of the Company if these tasks pertain to the program
Our requirements
At least 1-year experience in a similar role: Project Coordinator/PMO Specialist/Office Assistant
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Quick and self-motivated learner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and extra hours when needed without a specific request
Careful, thorough, dependable, well-organized, meticulous, well-disciplined
Knowledge of business ethics and communications
Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
