Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing training needs within your project (CS)

  • Development of training programs and training materials in agreement with the Client and Project Manager

  • Conducting product and process training for Customer Advisors (in English)

  • Cooperation with project manager and leaders to update employee’s knowledge

  • Supporting Customer Advisors learning

  • Updating own knowledge on products and process to ensure the information accuracy

Our requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in similar role in a Contact Center environment – mandatory

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken (min. C1 level)

  • Knowledge of German language will be an asset

  • Experience in conducting presentations and preparing training materials

  • Good skills in using MS Office products

  • Knowledge of training techniques

  • Good communication skills

  • Interest in technical subjects

  • Independence and creativity
