Analyzing training needs within your project (CS)
Development of training programs and training materials in agreement with the Client and Project Manager
Conducting product and process training for Customer Advisors (in English)
Cooperation with project manager and leaders to update employee’s knowledge
Supporting Customer Advisors learning
Updating own knowledge on products and process to ensure the information accuracy
At least 1 year of experience in similar role in a Contact Center environment – mandatory
Fluency in English both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
Knowledge of German language will be an asset
Experience in conducting presentations and preparing training materials
Good skills in using MS Office products
Knowledge of training techniques
Good communication skills
Interest in technical subjects
Independence and creativity
