    Job requirements:

    • At least 2 years working experience in portfolio management office. Proven knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile)
    • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, ability to articulate complex problems and propose solutions in a simple manner, ability to translate gained information into actionable strategies and initiatives
    • Advanced business analysis skills, drawing conclusions from a multidimensional assessment and formulating recommendations to the internal stakeholders
    • Proven substantial exposure to top management and key decision-takers
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications competences (verbal and written). Excellent negotiation skills, experience with “trade-offs” situations and ability to work out good compromise
    • Demonstrated ability to manage different stakeholders and lead, inspire and motivate teams
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, experience in multinational cooperation, ability to multitask and to manage time efficiently
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
    • Proven knowledge of the telecommunications network (mobile and/or fixed) and/or IT


    • Management over corporate projects portfolio:
      • Selecting corporate projects to be run based on their business assessment and fit to the corporate strategy
      • Prioritizing the corporate projects with an impact on resource steering
      • Formulating recommendations related to selection and prioritization of the initiatives for the top decision takers
    • Supervision over the corporate transformation programme:Proving guiding principles for the allocation of resources for the projects
      • Monitoring and tracking the progress of the particular projects within the transformation programme
      • Identification of risks and formulating mitigation plans
      • Acting as an escalation body in case of conflicting projects
      • Corporate reporting
    • Monitoring and reporting of progress of the projects
    • Managing and monitoring of the project management budget
    • Ensuring compliance of the project management in the company to the highest quality standards and internal policies
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Deutsche Telekom Group, representing the organization in the multinational projects within the Group
