Your responsibilities

  • Onboarding new partners

  • Unleash your sales superpowers and generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers

  • Use your charm and build long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Develop partnerships with key customers by executing the assigned sales plan

  • Gather customer information to understand business requirements and propose solutions

  • Engaging in proactive sales

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to amaze customers with your expertise

Our requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and high communication skills in English

  • Highly developed sales, communication and interpersonal skills for charming people

  • Experience in a similar position

  • Ability to create long-term relationships

  • Determination in achieving a goal and consistency in action to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Good work organization

  • Willing to work in a variable income, work on base + commissions

  • Preferred with sales background, B2B or purchasing experience B2B
