Your responsibilities
Worldwide service responsibility for all MAN/WAN P2P- connections
Responsible for Service excellence
Service calculation, financial modelling and charging to the customer
Responsible for plan, build and run in cooperation with Network Operations center (NOC)
Setting and defining operational processes and KPI for NOC
Our requirements
Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
Very good English skills, optional German
Min. 2 year In service management / coordination role - preferable related with Network environments, Nice to have technical network background
IITIL framework know-how, experience with scripting languages (Python etc.)
Very good communication and coordination skills (project experience appreciated), analytical and problem solving skills, strong teamwork ability
