Your responsibilities
performing daily accounting transactions in AP:
posting of invoices
handling of vendors enquiries via Email and phone
preparing payments
securing high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
building good relations, effective communication with clients and colleagues
participating in month end closing process
identifying potential process improvements
Our requirements
1-2 years of experience in accounting by preference in an SSC environment (AP processes)
bachelor degree (preferable accounting or similar education)
good knowledge of German (min. B2 level) and good knowledge of English (as advantage)
knowledge of SAP
good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel)
good organization skills and a willingness to learn
