Your responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with the current or subsequent leaders/managers of the process and act as a AP Subject Matter Expert in PTP area

  • Understand the business and its requirements, define new processes and leading change in their area, validate data accuracy versus systems

  • Support AP processing team in a daily challenges with invoice processing related issues, answering the queries related to PTP process (for all countries in GBS scope)

  • Provide mentoring and trainings to new joiners and low-performers

  • Streamline PTP activities cross various departments that influence PTP to identify gaps or inefficiencies and ensure that all processes fit together or to propose corrective actions based on gathered findings

  • Close collaboration with sites to ensure streamline process, implement adjustments and process improvements if needed

  • Ensure qualified business participation within the change management process – defining business requirements, approving blueprints, provide all required test data & testing solutions within the change management process

  • Participate in GBS scope extension, provide mentoring for new sites onboarded during or post transition stage

  • Taking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders and ensure positive working environment and atmosphere with co-workers

  • Prepare process maps and SOP for not defined processes or for new processes and document all process changes in SOPs

  • Participate in various systems implementations and provide UAT tests if required

  • Ability to lead and support on several projects at once

  • Contribute to improve automation

  • Other tasks delegated by PTP Operations Manager or Global Process Leader

Our requirements

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent gained thru working experience

  • Professional experience in Finance / PTP field in GBS / Shared Service environment - at least 4-5 years

  • Strong practical user knowledge of SAP (Purchase to Pay process at advanced level)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English - C1

  • Highly developed analytical skills, prioritization and time management skills

  • Lean/Six Sigma Methodology understanding and usage

  • Ability to make decisions, set goals & manage changes

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite

  • Proactive and “CAN DO” attitude
