Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating and performing all PtP activities

  • Leading a team of PtP (3 TLs, 60 team members) and estab-lishing goals and objectives for direct reports and assessing performance against them

  • On time delivery in line with Service Level Agreements

  • Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with customers

  • Regular analysis of the KPI's and creating proper action plans to reach target levels

  • Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escala-tions

  • Interacts closely with local entities/stakeholders and ensures issues are addressed effectively.

  • Evaluating PtP processes, organizing for efficiency and mak-ing recommendations and/or implement improvements as needed

  • Communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to en-sure understanding of objectives and priorities

  • Day-to day complex control of relevant metrics, reports and financial transactions

  • Working closely with cross functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

  • Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics

  • HR responsibility: coach and mentor Team Leaders and team members to continuously improve performance, ensure optimal deployment of the resources to achieve business goals, moti-vate Team Leaders and team members to achieve individual and team objective and train direct report.

  • Ensuring a positive working relationship within the team

Our requirements

  • Several years of work experience in Accounting or Financial area

  • Shared service center experience and solid understanding and knowledge of PtP processes

  • Strong leaderships skills – experience in management (several years of experience as Manager)

  • University Graduation (Economics, Finance and Accounting, etc.)

  • Very good English, good knowledge of German or other lan-guage as advantage

  • Very good knowledge of SAP

  • Solid organization, problem solving skills and excellent communi-cation and team work skills

  • Ability to set priorities for work, assign tasks and execute results
