PTP SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH

Requirements:

  • Good English and French (min. C1)
  • Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)
  • Min. 2 years of experience on a similar position
  • Experience with ERP system will be asset
  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficiency & high quality of Accounts Payable processes
  • Vendor’s account maintenance and reconciliations
  • Preparing standard reports
  • Invoice and T&E processing
  • Responding to vendor queries
  • Payments processing
