Your responsibilities
Managing and coordinating PTP team in day to day operations
Ensure that service level meet the SLAs & KPIs requirements
Ensure teams compliance to guidelines & policies
Responsibility for monthly SLA reporting/ participation in operational/escalation calls with the client
Manage & develop the relationship with the client
Coordination and implementation of improvements
Driving organizational results
Our requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting - extensive knowledge on PTP processes
Previous experience on similar position
Very good English skills
Knowledge of SAP and Excel
University degree
Ability to work under pressure
Good work organization skills
Strong communication skills
