Your responsibilities
Managing, guiding and supporting PtP Team in everyday tasks
Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
Identifying and motivating to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
Supporting Transition
Participating in projects improving existing processes
Managing relationships with Bystronic entities
Being the Key Point of Contact for PtP process
Our requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience in the area of PtP/AP including a minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience
Extensive knowledge of PtP/AP process and experience in invoice processing of PO and non-PO invoices, outgoing payments, expense reports processing, Vendor Master Data maintenance
Experience in process transition
Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
Experience in Change Management and Process Transformation
Master/Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field
Very good command of English(min. B2/C1) and knowledge of other language German or Italian or French will be an asset
Experience in working with SAP
Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
High interpersonal and communication skills
