Your responsibilities

Due to constant growth and development of our Finance Service Center in Poznan, we are extending our area of expertise and scope of operations

Currently we are looking for:

Purchase Order Administrator

Your responsibilities:

- Processing purchase orders (PO) and implementing any changes related to it

- Providing necessary information to Local Organisation and Vendors in MS Dynamics and other booking systems

- Corresponding with internal departments and vendors regarding all aspects of PO administration

- Ensuring effective communication between Purchasers, Vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes

- Approving invoices in an internal Accounting System

- Completing assigned duties

- Becoming a trusted business partner and first point of contact for Local Organisation and Accounts Payable department

- Building positive long-term partnership with Local Organisation and Poznań Team

- Informing Poznań Team about business or process changes related to PO aspects

- Building an effective cross team cooperation

Our requirements

  • Solid accounting knowledge – focus on quality, timeliness, accomplishing goals and tasks

  • Very good understanding of the accounting processes and systems

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Very good communication in English and Polish

  • French language skills would be an asset – French course can be provided and financed by the company

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Being customer oriented

  • Being flexible, openminded, focused on solution with present “Can-do” attitude

  • Being independent and creative, open to learn new processes
