For our central Supply Chain department we are seeking the following:
Purchasing AdministratorNumer ref.: Workplace: Bielany Wroclawskie

YOUR TASKS

  • Processing project orders in the internal ERP system
  • Monitoring Estimated Time of Arrival and KPI indicators
  • Support in building a network of IT equipment suppliers
  • Benchmarking of offers for IT equipment
  • Creation of statements and reports in Excel
  • Support of Logistic and SCM departments

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English language
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Creative and well-organized person
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

 

Would be an asset:

  • 1-2 years of experience in SCM field
