Currently we are looking for:
Purchasing Coordinator

Core responsibilities:
You will

  • Work on contracts execution                
  • Monitor and agree with vendors precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements
  • Partner with Logistics, Project Manager and Buyers to deliver the equipment in time and within approved budget                  
  • Support Logistics Department in custom clerance process                    
  • Verify shipping documents in cooperation with Supplier and Logistics Department     
  • Work in SAP (contracts, order creation and modification, open orders managing, delivery and GR posting etc)           
  • Preparing OTIF analysis                      
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders            
  • Work with stakeholders and the Buyer to prepare RFP              
  • Draft agreements using internal templates

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in business, logistics and/or economics           
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement area in multinational contexts;                      
  • Very good level of English (B2 minimum)                      
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual                  
  • Good organizational skills                    
  • Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment           
  • Strong attention to details, analytical mind-set              
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills                      
  • Can-do attitude and team player                      
  • SAP user
