Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for Indirect commodities

  • Supply Chain internal system operation (SAP, Issuing Purchase Order, Spend and Cost reduction DATA, Vendor creation, etc); responsibility for comprehensive and on time execution of purchase orders in accordance with agreements and procedures

  • Suppliers management in terms of performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery) , financial condition, capacity etc.

  • Clarifying discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders on commercial terms and liaise with the finance department in this regard

  • Preparing standard contracts for suppliers

  • Participate in special assigned projects such as Cross regions global projects, Poland Campus projects etc.

  • Negotiation and Achievement of sustainable cost reduction from responsible suppliers

  • Cross functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with other regions, corporate Global Supply Chain team internationally

  • RFQ ~ quote analysis/negotiations

  • Supplier sourcing

  • Improving procurement processes and implementing new solutions and ideas

Our requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

  • +2 years of experience as Purchasing Specialist in an international production company (preferred in the automotive industry)

  • Computer Savvy (DATA handling, Analysis, Microsoft), SAP knowledge (Preferred)

  • English Skill - Intermediate to Advance (communication, email)

  • International Cross-culture experience (Preferred) • Ability to deliver results within targeted time

  • Proactive approach and improvement-focused attitude, fast learner

  • Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment; problem solving skills and quality awareness

  • High Communication/Negotiation/collaboration skills with internal/external stakeholders
