Your responsibilities
Maintains and updates documentation and data (such as purchasing master data, categorization and supplier data, etc.).
Preparation of price agreement with suppliers and creation of schedule agreement
Exchange documents with suppliers (single updates, mass updates)
Providing helpdesk service
Support in relocation processes
Support in special topics, e.g. supplier creation process including material group release, phase out supplier
Our requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
1-3 years specialist experience in related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good knowledge of procurement tools (e.g. SAP MM, SupplyOn, Coupa)
Advanced English and German (speaking and writing)
Ability to work in a team and international environment
Problem solving attitude and good analytical thinking
Strong customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking
Experience in transition process
