Your responsibilities
- Purchasing process management
- Obtaining supply market data on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers
- Identifying alternative sources of supply and searching for new suppliers
- Negotiating the terms of purchase with suppliers
- Being the first point of contact with the suppliers and customers
- Working closely with existing suppliers to continuously improve performance of KPI’s
- Development, assessment and monitoring of suppliers
- Purchasing problem solving and responding to customer expectations
- Developing the product assortment
- Identifying and implementing purchasing process improvements
- Implementing solutions optimizing purchasing costs
- Gathering and analyzing purchasing data and handling suppliers’ invoices
Our requirements
- Experience in similar position
- Knowledge and purchaising experience with Maintenance, Repair and Operations products will be an asset
- Working Experience in MRO Service provider or international supply chain / manufacturing / logistics companies will be an asset
- University degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logictics, Economics, E-Commerce or other technical-related
- Customer approach
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Cost oriented
- Fluent spoken and written English is required
- Ability to work independently
- „Can do” attitude and proactive approach

- Work in Biskupice Podgórne.
- We are looking energetic person who will join the Purchasing Team responsible for managing purchasing process for our customers. Your main role will be to search suppliers, negotiate purchase terms, use the purchasing system, handle suppliers’ invoices and closely cooperation with suppliers and customers.
