• You are an IT QA Expert with at least 5 years of experience in the industry

• For at least 1 year you’ve been managing test process in IT project (defining, monitoring, improvements)

• For at least 2 years you’ve been developing automated tests for Web/BE/Mobile applications

• You’re prepared to lead workshops with external or internal clients and support sales/pre-sales activities

• You have high-level understanding of different software architecture and its impact on software testing

• You know at least one programming language on advanced level and understand programming design patterns and clean code rules

• You understand DevOps culture and its impact on development teams

• You have proven experience in working with Agile methodologies

• You possess upper intermediate/advanced English skills (B2/C1) and intermediate/upper intermediate Polish (B1/B2)

• You’ve designed and implemented successfully test strategy for a project/organization

• You’ve introduced test automation in a project to support CI/CD pipelines

• You’ve developed highly maintainable and stable test automation frameworks

• You have hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
