QA Assistant - 6 months contract

Department: QA / QC / Regulatory Affairs                  

Location: Wroclaw (Breslau), Poland                                                                   

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

This is a temporary position for a 6 months employment contract. 

  • Maintain and administer controlled documents and records within Electronic Document Management System.
  • Formal review of documents.
  • Administer training settings and data for controlled documents.
  • Administer User settings in the Electronic Document Management System.
  • Helpdesk.

Position Requirements

  • Quality or administration degree.
  • Readiness to work on a temporary contract for 6 months.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Good English language skills – written and spoken.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified companies would be an asset.
  • First experience with Document Management System would be an asset.

Personal Requirements

  • Team player.
  • Customer oriented way of working.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Accurate.
