In our Corporate Technology Center in Krakow we are looking for a QA Engineer with JavaScript to join the Home Automation Team. In this role you will have an opportunity to take part in testing of an innovative solution for Smart Buildings industry.
Your responsibilities
Design, implement and execute automated testing scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript
Test framework development
Cooperate with other test team members on test framework development
Perform all kinds of tests: regression, integration, system tests
Analyze problems to create error reports using dedicated defect tracking tool
Participate in test planning, execution and R&D activities
Close cooperation with developers during analysis of defects, requirements, tests and system aspects
Our requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Automatics and Robotics, Electronics or similar
Very good knowledge of integration testing frameworks and tools; experience in testing of embedded devices; comprehensive knowledge and experience with QA best practices and methodologies
Good knowledge or firm willingness to strengthen knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript language
Experience with CI frameworks and source code control tools
Good Linux and scripting skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
ISTQB /equivalent certification; familiarity with Agile development environment will be considered as an advantage
