Your responsibilities
- Be part of a cross functional team developing the solution for one of our international airline customers
- Understand the customer requirements and needs to derive test design and test scenarios
- Design and implement automated test cases in Java on different test levels (unit-, integration- and system testing)
- Analyze test results and contribute to the quality optimization
- Be in charge of a stable and efficient execution of automated regression tests in a CI/CD environment
- Maintain and further develop our J2E based test framework
- Consult the team in how to continuously improve developing solutions focusing on actual customer benefits
Employer requirements
- Relevant experience in testing of complex software applications
- Experienced in Java development and very familiar with the test automation of web frontends with Selenium
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Loyalty / CRM or airline background is desirable
- Customer orientation and agile mindset
- Strong problem analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems
- Good communication skills and personal responsibility
- Excellent English is a prerequisite, German is desirable
