About the project
As a QA Lead, you will work as an integral part of Customer Excellence team for a large US Life Science client. You will be responsible for successful planning, approval and execution of E2E test plan and quality assurance of Commercial Data Ecosystem projects to meet or exceed customer expectations at the same time as managing testing scope and keeping within agreed time and resource allocations. In addition to solid Quality Assurance and management skills, you must be a skilled communicator to ensure your team members can keep quality on appropriate level required by project stakeholders.
Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for the Quality related activities (projects, releases, deployments, compliance, etc.);
Professionally manage major projects to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations;
Communicate / disseminate information between stakeholders to facilitate issue-resolution that could impact project quality;
Ability to maintain high project quality during dev tests, SITs, dry runs and formal testing (as a part of project release cycles);
Coordinate QA team project activities including business and technical meetings;
Be responsible for the successful completion of all tasks through the quality project team (tracked in JIRA, Zephyr and/or HP QC);
Understand and influence testing strategy and compliance strategy;
Deliver excellent reports internally on quality key performance indicators in a consistent, timely and accurate manner;
Identify process enhancements and drive improvement initiatives;
Drive solutions by eliminating obstacles through on-going effective communication and alignment (including internal QA teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Dev Leads, Compliance Team, DevOps and Architecture Leads);
Provide expertise and advice to ensure projects reflect consistency with operations strategy
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);

Management of a global team of 20+ people;
Experience in working with global, enterprise scale clients;
Seniority in communication with VP-level stakeholders;
Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and SAFe (Scalable Agile Framework) methodologies;

Ability to work independently and take the lead;
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering projects on time and within the budget;
Experience with working with JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, HP QC is a plus;
Able to multitask and manage multiple project activities at the same time;

Experience in Agile development and UX design approaches (for example Angular frontend);
