    QA Team Leader

    Miejsce pracy: Bytom

    We are looking for Test Team Lead to work with a local cross functional Agile development teams to deliver new product user stories for our global compliance framework initiative. 

    The candidate will oversee a team of testers and will be will be responsible for overall quality of the software delivered by the Agile teams, working closely with other team members (BAs, developers, architects) and other agile team(s), liaising closely with internal stakeholders. The candidate will need to understand software delivery process, be highly analytical and detail orientated. They will also need to be an excellent communicator and be focused on delivering projects on time, to a high standard.  

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure quality of the deliveries 
    • Define quality standards and procedures 
    • Oversee the work of the testers 
    • Work closely with the team, especially the business analyst, developers and other testers to implement the user stories 
    • Review user story definitions 
    • Liaise with local country experts for additional detail 
    • Write and execute manual and automatic test cases 
    • Cooperate with other testing team community members to assimilate new technologies and standards 
    • Drive the delivery process 

    Skills, know-how and experience: 

    • People management experience 
    • 5+ years of experience in ensuring quality of software projects 
    • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks 
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish 
    • Ability to understand the formal requirements 
    • Ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams and management staff 

    Preferred: 

    • Experience in using Jira 
    • Experience in using automated testing frameworks Technical / professional qualifications: 
    • ISTQB Foundation or equivalent (preferred) – or higher
