The QAD Support Analyst is primarily responsible to provide 2nd level support for all ERP QAD related tickets. He is also managing, monitoring and reporting level 1 and 3 support service provided according SLA.
He is in charge of application access security management and ensure compliance to SOX policy by application of the access change procedures.
He is managing the application change management and governance process.
He is performing approved changes or manage the services needed to perform them.
He is providing training and implementation support on technical QAD linked tools like Qxelerator, API QDOC, Ecommerce, Pro2SQL, CIMLOAD …
He is participating in QAD deployment projects according specific role who will be assigned.
Minimum of 3 years’ Progress development environment work experience
Knowledge of relevant system troubleshooting and diagnostic tools and processes.
Minimum of 5 years’ QAD work experience.
SQL query or linked development tool knowledge appreciated.
Must manage multiple projects and tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Must prioritize and respond appropriately to service requests, incidents, and problems.
Must set appropriate expectations and meet commitments pertinent to Core Infrastructure.
Must represent Business Solutions team in a manner consistent with Sage values and principals.
Should continually seek opportunities to increase internal associate satisfaction and deepen associate and vendor relationships.
Should demonstrate commitment to acquire new knowledge and skills relevant to Business Solutions.
Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should maintain professionalism in all interactions with others.
