As a QLIK Developer you are to support various Group Change Portfolio Management owned tooling and data analytical initiatives. You will be collaborating with business partners across the whole organisation to deliver business intelligence solutions allowing insight into the Bank's change management activities. You will have the opportunity to work as a Developer with great degree of freedom on various technology and data related initiatives in a truly global organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain various QLIK based data analytics and reporting dashboards in support of change portfolio oversight activities.
  • Design, prototype and iterate on creative concepts to meet interactive BI Dashboard user requirements.
  • Manage and support change portfolio management tooling business testing and implementation activities.
  • Run and manage various ad-hoc analyses in support of Senior Management MI need.
  • Troubleshoot dashboard data issues and performance issues in QLIK Sense.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience delivering QLIK Sense based reporting solution.
  • Ability to analyze user needs and translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution design.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • University degree in Information Technology / Engineering / Economics

Preferred:

  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work with minimum direct supervision.
  • Tableau, Power BI, or Python development experience.
  • Understanding of Oracle & other relational database development.
  • Experience with Hadoop or similar distributed data platforms.
  • Experience in creating complex queries for Data Extraction and Data Transformation.
  • Experience in banking or financial services industries, consulting experience is a distinct advantage.
