Your responsibilities

  • Building and leading Quality Safety and Environmental governance strategies and business plans implementation in CCH Poland and Baltics;

  • Managing and supervision of implementation of requirements of integrated QSE systems

  • (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSCC 22000, AWS, RFA and internal The Coca - Cola Company & Coca Cola Hellenic standards);

  • Supervising audit plans and execution for QSE in Business Unit (external, internal – manufacturing plants, distribution and marketplace, cold drink operation and suppliers);

  • Developing capabilities of internal auditors team;

  • Cooperation with governmental agencies, certification, and trainings institutions in management systems implementation;

  • Cooperation cross functionally to drive continuous improvement of QSE systems;

  • Seeking for new solutions of data analysis and results /achievements presentation to increase awareness and responsibility in sustainability across whole organization;

  • Seeking for innovations and driving optimization in area of QSE.

Our requirements

  • University/ technical higher education in the field of life sciences or engineering (food technology preferred);

  • Required min. 2-3 years professional experience in similar position in other company (in the food industry, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or FMCG);

  • Knowledge of methods, techniques and standards of quality assurance and management in the food industry or FMCG;

  • Knowledge of Management Systems certified lead auditor (ISO XXXXX);

  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders;

  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to work on own initiative;

  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills - effective influencer, with professional manner;

  • Good organizational, and communication skills with the ability to cooperate in the global work environment;

  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak in English and local language;

  • Good MS Office suite skills.
