Currently to our organisation in Poland we are looking for candidate on the position of:
Quality and FMD Specialist 
Workplace: Pabianice, Poland

Person on this position will be responsible for providing services in the field of compliance of medicinal products with the anti-counterfeit directive. Our candidate is seen as an independent professional placed in quality area whose main activity will be directed towards quality processes within warehouse. Taking advantage of his logical thinking skills and meticulousness in solving difficult problems, he can simultaneously easily gain trust and support of peers. Action oriented team player should represent high communication skills in polish and English when communicate with internal and external partners.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure complete set-up of the TraceLink system
  • Act as local Administrator for TraceLink
  • Support local processes in regards to FMD directive
  • Collaborate with local PLNMVO
  • Manages alerts related to the serial number
  • Work directly with CMOs and packaging partners on serialization of Drug Product
  • Work directly with CMOs and packaging partners on Drug Product packing
  • Create SOPs and WI as required
  • Support Business needs in case of deliver complainant product to the market
  • Take care about data integrity
  • Create and manage Change Controls as required
  • Support quality processes in warehouses

Requirements:

  • Higher education - preferred medical or related
  • Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical wholesaler or parallel importer
  • Knowledge of logistics processes at the pharmaceutical wholesaler/manufacturing warehouse
  • Knowledge of English at an advanced level
  • Knowledge of IT tools
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular Excel)
  • Very good organizational skills and independence, meticulousness
  • High communication skills, openness
  • Reliability and diligence
