Quality and Process Assurance Analyst
Your main tasks would be:
Fulfilling the critical Quality and Process Assurance functions within CBRE in Warsaw, risk-based assurance and advisory within EMEA Business Centre:
- To ensure integration of Quality and Process Assurance work to support increase in the business processes effectiveness within CBRE EMEA Warsaw Business Services Organization as per agreed Annual Quality Assurance Plan
- To structure and lead the Quality Reviews as well as to conduct the Quality Checks for operating effectiveness assessment.
- To identify inefficiency, opportunities in streamlining processes and suggesting solutions
- To provide the overall assurance over the risk and the incidents within the Business Processes operations
- To coordinate and support the Business Impact Analysis
- Reporting to the Internal Control Manager on activities and findings of the initiatives taken
- Participate in special advisory projects to assist management with achieving their objectives
Perfect candidate profile:
- Min 1-2 years of equivalent professional experience. Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Relevant University degree in Economics & Business, Risk Management etc.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another language is a plus
- Excellent delivery, focus on accuracy in quality & risk reporting
- High analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Great team spirit, acts with integrity, respect and energy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment
- Ability to work under time pressure and under stress
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
