About the project
About the team:
The Client Delivery Team sits within the Client Experience organisation and is responsible for all aspects of assigned technology projects. The team delivers a wider range of projects that may be focused on development of client specific functional enhancements, client implementations, internal information system-specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build-out.
Your responsibilities
Direct and manage all aspects of a software quality assurance team associated with a large client implementation.
Lead the development of quality assurance strategy, defining approach, standards and tooling for functional and non-functional testing.
Accountable for quality assurance estimates and resource planning.
Responsible for the execution of the quality assurance strategy, associated software test plans and analysis of test results.
Coordinate testing activities and tasks among client UAT and internal feature teams.
Be the key point of contact for the client Quality Assurance Manager.
Manage subordinate managers, supervisors as well as professional individual contributors.
Perform your duties in German and English.
Work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.
Our requirements
Previous experience working in a Quality Assurance Manager role at a senior level.
Previous experience leading a client implementation quality assurance teams.
Experience working in a technology or financial services organization and preferably have worked in a vendor/client capacity.
Have managed large quality assurance teams and engagements of over 12 months of medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility.
Fluent command of German and English
